The glutaraldehyde in synthesis sample made onestep catalytic oxidation of cyclopentene with aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, solvent of tC 4H 9OH was determined qualitatively and quantitatively by GC, with PEG20M capillary column, internal standard of butyl butyrate, two phase programmed temperature technology.
