Considering the match with clockspeed,a design method of supply chain is proposed is proposed,whose main ideas are as follows: fast-clockspeed matches responsive supply chain,and slow-clockspeed matches efficient supply chain;supply chain design especially make/buy decision,should be coherent with the corporation\'s strategic objective.
主要思想包括:高脉动速度与反应型供应链相适应,低脉动速度与效率型供应链相适应;供应链设计尤其是自制/外购决策,必须与企业的战略目标相一致。
