The paper introduces classification and structure of electronic megohm-meter in general,then expounds the dominating factors that influences the measuring accuracy of electronic megohm-meter and four technical items on its selection from nine aspects,finally it proposes the noticed proceedings during operation,maintenance and storage of the electronic megohm-meter.
