The technique defects of resistance welding and argon-arc welding of brass wheel hub nuts are analysised, and the laser welding wheel hub nuts is proposed.
分析了电阻焊及氩弧焊焊接黄铜汽车轮毂螺母件的技术缺陷,在此基础上改用激光焊并采用CO2激光器和Nd∶YAG激光器来焊接黄铜螺母,通过试验,获得了Nd∶YAG激光焊接黄铜螺母的理想工艺参数。
